Ginger cookies
A Healthier alternative to other cookies, ginger cookies have many benefits. The ginger in these cookies has anti-inflammatory properties, and also is known to help treat nausea and fight illnesses.

- 5 tbsp Ginger
- ½ cup Butter
- ⅔ cup Sugar
- ¾ tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 ⅔ cup Flour
- 3 tbsp Honey
- ⅔ cup Almond flour
- ⅓ cup Cornstarch
- 1 Egg
Heat the oven 350 degrees.
Melt the butter. Add sugar and mix together with blender until texture is light.
Add the egg and honey and mix again.
Add ginger, baking powder and salt and blend them together.
Separate bowl combine flour, almond flour and cornstarch and mix together.
Slowly add the flour mixture with other ingredients and mix carefully until everything is combined.
Dough should be thick, if it is not add some more flour.
Put the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Scoop 1 tbsp size portions from the dough and make them as balls on a baking sheet and then press them on a shape that you want and as thick as you want.
Bake 10-15 minutes. Then remove from oven and let them cool 10 minutes on the baking tray.
Enjoy immediately or let cool completely and enjoy later!
