Ingredients
  

  • 1 pcs banana Fresh or frozen
  • cup yogurt (optional)
  • ¼ cup milk or water You can also use almond milk or soy milk

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients into the blender, blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy immediately!

Notes

For more vitamin C, you can add 1/2 of an orange, peeled or berries.
