This coconut overnight oatmeal recipe is so good for you! Coconut will keep you hydrated and oatmeal gives you fiber as well as protein.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 tbsp syrup or honey
  • ¾ cup Coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
  • Place in the fridge overnight or at least 7 hours.
  • Enjoy in the morning!
