Make it once and you will have them in your freezer whenever you need a sweet comfort food snack.
People consider peanut butter and jam a comfort food and this snack has good properties and nutrients and not compromising the taste, the sweetness you might be looking for.

Peanut and jam sweets
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Peanut butter
- ¾ cup Coconut oil or chocolate
- ¼ cup jam of choice
- 1 tbsp chocolate powder preferably raw
Instructions
- Line small muffin molds on a tray that fits your freezer.
- Melt the coconut oil in bain marie and mix with chocolate powder. Add some honey for sweeter taste. Honey will be hard to mix in. You can replace coconut oil with the chocolate, but if you do, leave the chocolate powder out.
- Fill 2/3 of the muffin molds with coconut chocolate and place them on a freezer for 15 minutes or longer until frozen.
- Then take muffin molds from the freexer and drop peanut butter and after this jam as layers in the molds filling 2/3 of the mold and last layer melt the coconut chocolate again and fill the rest of the mold.
- Put back into freezer for 30 minutes or until frozen.
- Enjoy!
