Roasted nuts. Completely irresistible. Sweet and spicy. Give it a try!
A great snack to have every now and then to keep blood sugar from dropping too low.

Cook Time 20 minutes
Total Time 30 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 2 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Pecan nuts
  • cup pumpking seeds or other seeds.
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven 325 degrees.
  • Put the nuts and seeds on an oven tray mixed.
  • Take a bowl and put honey, spices, melted butter, salt, vanilla and cayenne pepper and mix.
  • Pour the mixture on top of the nuts and seeds.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until nuts are golden.
  • Take the oven tray from the oven. Let nuts cool down and enjoy!
