A great snack to have every now and then to keep blood sugar from dropping too low.

Roasted nuts
Ingredients
- 1 cup Walnuts
- 2 cup Almonds
- 1 cup Pecan nuts
- 1½ cup pumpking seeds or other seeds.
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Heat the oven 325 degrees.
- Put the nuts and seeds on an oven tray mixed.
- Take a bowl and put honey, spices, melted butter, salt, vanilla and cayenne pepper and mix.
- Pour the mixture on top of the nuts and seeds.
- Bake 20 minutes or until nuts are golden.
- Take the oven tray from the oven. Let nuts cool down and enjoy!
