Banana pancakes

You only need a banana and eggs! Yes! that is so easy!
Taste is sweet and you get vitamin B from banana and all the good that eggs have to offer. This is a superfood!
They’re also full of manganese which is used for bone production, maintaining good skin, and blood sugar control.
Blood sugar levels are basically the reason why you have morning sickness in the first place when blood sugar drops it means more morning sickness.

  • Frying pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pcs Banana Ripe
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • Butter for cooking
  • Sweetener of choice For example jam, sugar, syrup, stevia or honey.

Instructions
 

  • Smash the banana with the fork in a bowl.
  • Break 2 eggs on top of the banana in the bowl and mix together.
  • Warm the frying pan and melt some butter on top.
  • Add the egg and banana mixture and put the lid on top of the frying pan. This will make cooking easier.
  • When pancake is almost solid, flip it around once and wait couple of seconds.
  • Remove from the heat and place on the plate, add sweetener of choice and enjoy immediately!
